Animal Care Sanctuary $10,000

For the Humane Education Program in Broome County.

 

Binghamton Philharmonic, Inc. $60,000

A program grant for their Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Project (Summer Chamber Music, Underrepresented Composers, Wallenberg Festival, and Community Music School Umbrella).

 

Broome County Arts Council $13,512

For relocation expenses. 

 

Broome County Arts Council $100,000

To go toward the 2022 United Cultural Fund Campaign, for which funds are annually dispersed to major arts organizations and arts projects in Broome County.

 

Broome County Council of Churches $50,658

To go toward unique marketing strategies and initiatives that will more effectively inform community members, increase customer sales to help the Greater Good Grocery Store on the North Side become sustainable.

 

Children’s Home of Wyoming Conference $125,840

For the gymnasium renovation project at the Southern Tier Community Center.  

 

Clear Path for Veterans $70,000

Toward the Clear Path for Veterans Southern Tier Peer Support Expansion Program.  

 

LUMA Festival $10,000

Toward the 2021 LUMA Festival.

 

Mercy House of the Southern Tier $100,000

To expand and renovate the kitchen to accommodate the needs of Residents.  This second request is due to the industry cost increase of project materials and added scope to complete the project with proper execution.  

 

NY Folklore $10,000

To support the “Folk Arts Education Showcase” in Broome County.

 

New York Council of Nonprofits (Bundy Museum) $10,000

To work with Bundy Museum on organizational development & capacity building.

 

New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON) $45,000

To support the Southern Tier Capacity Building Program annually from 2022 through 2024.

 

Punch Out Parkinson’s $10,000

Strategic planning, management, governance infrastructure to be provided by NYCON.

 

Roberson Museum and Science Center $150,000

To fund critical updates to the Roberson Mansion, restoring its historic features and addressing age-related deterioration.  

 

The KEYS Program $10,000

Music therapy services for pediatric cancer patients in Broome County. 

 

Tri-Cities Opera Company, Inc. $60,000

To support three programs under the “Opera for Everyone!” umbrella.
